To confirm bookings, we kindly ask you to send the deposit (the value of the first night) via PayPal or Wire Transfer.
In case you are planning to stay over five nights, the deposit will be the 30% of the total of your stay.

Please remember to inform us about your expected arrival time at mok’house (or at the airport/train station). This is very important for us to be able to arrange cleaning, check-out of the previous guests, and your check-in. We like to make sure your arrival goes as smooth and easy as possible.

Breakfast

… is breakfast included in the rates?

– Apts.: breakfast is NOT included, but you will find basic stuff in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, etc.)
– B&B: breakfast is always included in the rate: hot drink, pastry and fruit juice

Luggage Deposit

… can we leave our luggage to take the most out of our last day in Rome?

Our luggage deposit is always FREE for our guests. We will be happy to look after your luggage in case of late check-out. Also, if you have an early check-in, you can leave your luggage at mok’house while the room/apt. is getting ready

Check in/out

… can we check-in late (after 20.00) or on holidays?

If you booked a room in our B&B, there is no extra cost, and you will do a self-check-in following the detailed information that we’ll send you in advance by e-mail. You can also count on our support via Whatsapp.
If you booked one or more apartments, we will be here at your arrival for your check-in, but we apply an extra 30,00Euro fee.

Linen and Cleaning

… are linen and cleaning included?

Definitely! Top quality linen & towels are provided at mok’house.
Linen will be changed weekly, while:
– Apts.: cleaning and towel change every 3 days
– B&B: daily cleaning & towel change every 3 days

Cancellation

… what’s your cancellation policy?

The deposit will be 100% refunded in case of cancellation within the following terms:
– Apts.: within 60 days from your arrival date
– B&B:  within 30 days from your arrival date
