In case you are planning to stay over five nights, the deposit will be the 30% of the total of your stay.

Cancellation

… what’s your cancellation policy?

The deposit will be 100% refunded in case of cancellation within the following terms:
– Apts.: within 60 days from your arrival date
– B&B rooms: within 30 days from your arrival date

Breakfast

… is breakfast included in the rates?

– Apts.: breakfast is NOT included, but you will find basic stuff in the kitchen (coffee, sugar, tea, olive oil, etc.)
– B&B: breakfast is always included in the rate: hot drink, pastry and fruit juice

Linen and Cleaning

… are linen and cleaning included?

Definitely! Linen will be changed weekly, while:
– Apts.: cleaning and towel change every 3 days
– B&B: daily cleaning; towel change every 3 days

Check in/out

… can we check-in late (after 20.00) or on holidays?

Sure, we only ask you to inform us about your arrival time.
For the apartments only, in case of late or holiday check-in we apply an extra 30,00Euro fee. This fee does not apply for B&B.

Luggage Deposit

… can we leave our luggage to take the most out of our last day in Rome?

We will be happy to look after your luggage in case of late check-out or even if you plan to arrive early: our luggage deposit is always FREE for our guests.
