Moka Classic is located at the 1st floor of our building. It is a cozy and comfortable apartment with a very spacious living room and a large and fully furnished kitchen. The furniture, decoration, the colors and the numerous details are inspired to the original Italian coffeepot – the moka. Charming and spacious, all our apartments may comfortably host large families or groups of friends – if so, you might want to consider renting two or the three apartments together.
Moka Pop is located at the 2nd floor of our building. When refurbishing this apartment, we decided to keep the original floor and to restore the original ceiling (with handmade bricks), combining the modern design of the furniture with the ancient infrastructure and decoration, while adding a fancy Pop Art touch to our original moka-style. The apartment is made of 3 bedrooms (all en suite) and a spacious living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen.
Moka Top is our newest accommodation, located at the 4th floor. Very similar to the Moka Pop apt. (3 en suite bedrooms and living room with kitchen), with the perk of having a lovely balcony all around, accessible from each bedroom and from the living room. Furnished with original and exclusive art pieces, always inspired to some of the most iconic products of the Italian Design, Moka Top is the result of our infinite passion for hospitality and of +10 years experience.
